These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Heaven’s Boutique website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases, or use the Services only with a parent or guardian’s consent where required by law.

3. Products, pricing, and orders

We strive to display products, colors, and descriptions accurately; slight variations may occur. Prices and availability are subject to change. When you place an order, you offer to purchase at the price shown. We may accept or decline orders for any lawful reason (for example, inventory limits, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions).

4. Payment & third parties

Payments may be processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). Their terms and privacy practices apply to payment data they handle. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for orders you place.

5. Shipping & returns

Shipping. Unless otherwise stated on a product or at checkout, in-stock orders typically ship within two to three (2–3) business days. You will receive tracking information by email when your package ships. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; carriers may experience delays outside our control.

Returns. Unworn items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, unless an item is marked final sale or non-returnable at purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective. After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds usually post within five to ten (5–10) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users’ accounts, or our systems;

The Services, including branding, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Heaven’s Boutique or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We disclaim implied warranties where allowed, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heaven’s Boutique and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the purchase giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
